My mother suggested this product when I told her that I was premenapausal at 35. She told me she began taking it and it worked wonders on her night sweats. Since I began taking it 5 years ago, it has been a Godsend. I have seen a clear reduction in my night sweats and non sleeping nights. My husband said that my mood has improved (he can also tell when I am not taking it). It worked for me very quickly, within 3 days of taking it. I take many holistic rememdies so my body is used to using the herbs. I have already recommended this product to other women in my family and at work.

I had been taking Remifemin Good Night which worked great! When I couldn't find it at several area stores, I bought Estroven PM and took as directed - no results! I'm going back to Remifemin Good Night (ordered online at this website) which works great and quickly. Estroven PM is a waste of money.

Someone on this website wrote a review and said to take Remifemin in the mornings and Estroven PM before bedtime and this procedure works for me. At first I was just taking extra strength Estroven but it wasn't helping my sleep. So this combination has been totally wonderful for me.

I was very disappointed with this product. I use both the Estroven daily supplement and their PMS formula, which is great, so expected the same results with this, but didn't help me sleep at all. Their PMS product helps me sleep better than this, so I will continue to just take that instead. I won't buy this product again, but will continue to buy the other two because they work for me. Everybody's different, though, so maybe it will work for you.
